From Business Truth to a practical brief

Know what matters.
Act on the right thing.

Use priority, evidence and an accountable next step—not a traffic-light colour alone—to decide what your business should do next.

Priority ≠ proofVerify before calling it progress.

Three priorities. Evidence kept separate.

A colour should lead
to a useful action.

These are management examples and default timings from the DCME framework, not a live assessment or an industry benchmark.

Red alert

Investigate the problem first.

A broken enquiry path, incorrect critical service information or a risk-sensitive issue needs checking before spending more to bring people to it.

Start today or within 48 hours.

The next practical step

Confirm the issue, assign an owner, fix the customer-facing path and test it.

Amber alert

Choose a controlled improvement.

A material decline or control issue needs investigation. Inconsistent social activity, unclear services and underdeveloped content may warrant a planned marketing brief—not an assumed diagnosis.

Investigate an ALERT within seven days; plan an AMBER improvement by day 30.

The next practical step

Confirm the baseline, agree a small scope, set a budget and choose a review date.

Green

Protect a verified strength.

A specific strength supported by evidence should be maintained. A completed task, a new page or a sent email does not prove the business outcome improved.

Maintain and review.

The next practical step

Keep the service accurate, monitor the same measures and verify results before expanding.

Not verified

Missing evidence is not a green result.

“Not verified” is an evidence condition, not another priority. An urgent issue can also be unverified. Change is tracked separately as improving, deteriorating, stable or not measured.

From a finding to the right service

What needs to
change in your business?

Choose the relevant pathway. These are starting points for an agreed brief—not an automatic diagnosis or a promise of results.

02 · Show up consistently

Social media & content

First, check. Review profile accuracy, recent activity, approved brand assets and the customer questions your content should answer.

Then, agree the work. Agree a content calendar, branded images, captions, publishing permissions and activity measures.

Explore social media

03 · Explain your value

Useful blog articles

First, check. Identify genuine customer questions and gaps in how the website explains your services.

Then, agree the work. The blog-inclusive plan contains one researched, 1,000-word article each week, with adjusted social-media hours.

04 · Make the offer clear

Service awareness

First, check. Confirm the service is actually available, who fulfils it, the quoted scope, turnaround and capacity.

Then, agree the work. Create clear pages and content around approved services—not a launch promise based only on a price-list entry.

05 · Be relevant

Customer recovery

First, check. Use an authorised business review to distinguish dormant customers from one-off needs, account changes or unresolved problems.

Then, agree the work. Prepare a relevant, minimal brief. Customer SMS, email campaigns and contact-list access are not included automatically.

Build an enquiry

06 · Prove the change

Outcome verification

First, check. Agree a baseline, review period, source and owner before work begins. A completed post is not proof of a recovered customer.

Then, agree the work. Review agreed activity, relevant enquiries and accepted work where reliable evidence exists. Keep revenue, existing cash and released capacity separate.

Define the success test

What will prove
the improvement worked?

Agree the source, baseline and review window. Do not treat every sale after a campaign as a result caused by it.

Search visibility

Verified visibility measures, relevant enquiries and whether customers can find accurate service information.

Content & social

Approved work delivered, agreed activity measures, relevant responses and the quality of resulting enquiries.

Business results

Accepted work and contribution where reliable data is available. Keep existing cash collected and capacity released separate.

Business Truth analysis is separate from the marketing packages. No POS connection, live measurement or automated reporting is activated by this page.

A straightforward way to work

A plan you can actually follow.

A proposed working process, agreed with you before delivery begins.

01

Understand

Your services, audience, priorities and current online presence.

02

Agree

The right package, deliverables, access and approval process.

03

Create & approve

Review the planned content before authorised publication.

04

Review

Check completed work and agreed measures. Decide the next step.

Less guesswork. A clearer next step.
